We work under FOB, CIF and DDP, interpreted according to Incoterms® 2020. Payment is commonly by T/T, with L/C available for qualifying programs. The exact term and payment structure are confirmed in writing for each order.
Yes. Every order is inspected before departure and we share the findings with you before the goods are released. Third-party inspection can also be arranged on request.
Samples can be arranged for evaluation, produced to your tech pack or a reference sample. Sample cost and courier terms are confirmed case by case, and we will state them clearly before proceeding.
