Sourcing nine product categories from nine suppliers usually means nine quotations, nine production schedules, nine inspections and nine shipments. Multi-category consolidation collapses all of that into one program: a single sourcing partner groups your goods into one container — or one LCL shipment — with one invoice and one document set. Here is how we run it at Pupulan.

Nine Core Categories Under One Quotation

We handle footwear, apparel, accessories, hardware, general merchandise, auto & motorcycle parts, eyewear, valves and electrical products. Most come from Wenzhou’s own industry clusters and the wider Zhejiang manufacturing belt, so the factories we work with sit within a few hours of our team. That proximity is what makes consolidation practical: sampling, inspection and collection across categories all happen inside one region instead of being scattered over several provinces.

How a Consolidated Order Runs

  1. Inquiry and quotation. You send one product list with quantities, target prices and destination port; we shortlist suitable factories per category and quote them together, flagging any item that looks unworkable before you commit.
  2. Sampling. Samples are developed from your tech pack or a reference sample and revised until the pre-production sample is approved in writing, category by category.
  3. Production and inspection. We follow up every factory against the confirmed schedule and run pre-shipment inspection on every order — findings go to you in a written QC report before goods are released.
  4. Consolidation and shipping. Finished goods are collected at our warehouse, checked against approved samples, packed and loaded as one shipment — LCL or full container — under FOB, CIF or DDP, with the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and export declaration prepared as one set.

Small Orders Welcome

Consolidation is not only for full containers. Mixed containers and LCL groupage make small-quantity programs commercially viable: several categories, each in trial quantities, sharing one shipment to test a market before scaling up. Buyers across Europe, North America, Central Asia, Southeast Asia and Africa use this route to widen their product range without tying up capital in slow-moving stock.
