By accessing this website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to website use only; individual orders are governed by the signed contract, proforma invoice or order confirmation between the parties.
Product descriptions, categories, photographs and specifications on this site are provided for general information. They do not constitute a contractual offer. Specifications, materials, colours, packaging, minimum order quantities and lead times are confirmed only in writing for each specific order. Product images may be illustrative and can differ from the delivered goods.
Any price shown or quoted is indicative and subject to confirmation. Prices depend on order quantity, specifications, raw material costs, exchange rates and freight at the time of confirmation. A quotation remains valid for the period stated on it, or for 30 days where no period is stated.
An inquiry does not create a contract. A contract is formed only when we issue written order acceptance, a signed proforma invoice, or a sales contract, and any required deposit has been received.
We can work under FOB, CIF, DDP and other terms. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, all trade terms are interpreted in accordance with Incoterms® 2020. Risk transfers at the point defined by the agreed term.
Goods are inspected before shipment. Any claim regarding quantity or visible damage must be raised within 30 days of receipt, supported by photographs and, where applicable, an independent inspection report.
The layout, text, logos and graphics on this site are owned by us or used with permission. You may view, download and print pages for your own internal business use in evaluating a potential purchase. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify or distribute the content without written consent. Customer logos, trademarks and designs remain the property of their respective owners.
Information you submit through the inquiry form must be accurate and must not infringe the rights of any third party. Technical drawings, tech packs and designs you send us are treated as confidential and used only to evaluate and fulfil your request, unless you agree otherwise in writing.
This website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site, including loss of profit or business opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disaster, epidemic, war, strike, port closure, customs or policy change, and material or freight capacity shortage.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to the competent people’s court in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China.
We may amend these terms at any time. The current version will always be published on this page.
